2020 Light Up Your Life
November 1 – December 31, 2020 GOAL:
Over the years, your support has allowed us to help a lot of people, and we can’t thank you enough!
On average, 95% of funds you donate to the Light Up Your Life Tri-Community Palliative/Hospice Care Society directly benefit palliative, hospice and continuing care clients in the Tri-Community area.
Our fundraising events occur during November and December, but we also sponsor education and training events at other times of the year. Please visit our Blog for up-to-date information about all our Events.
The 2019 Fundraising Campaign raised an outstanding total of $103,150, thanks to our incredible donors and sponsors!
2020 Light Up Your Life Fundraising Campaign Events
Our fundraising campaigns run annually from November 1 to December 31. Information about our exciting 2020 campaign and events will be posted here and on our Blog. Check back often for all the details!
Update for 2020: In light of COVID-19, we are sad to announce the cancellation of our annual Silent Auction, Orient Family Restaurant Luncheon, and our Spice Up Your Life Variety Show. Our annual Raffle and of course our Light Up campaigns in each of the five communities will go ahead as planned. We need your help and your donations more than ever this year, and we hope to be back better than ever in 2021!
Although this year’s campaign will look a little different, we still plan to provide as much help as we can to local residents. Your generous donations will help us meet this year’s fundraising goal of $60,000 and allow us to purchase the following items:
